Sometimes business have a specific need for data to be in a format or style which is not possible even using the flexible tools provided with HMS products.

Some customers require PDF format reports to be sent to key personnel at a scheduled time.  Others require the data to be both sent to some internal personnel and yet to have it available in Excel for their own easy manipulation rather than in a cloud database.
